Shipping policy

Free US shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, and standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Our pieces ship from partner warehouses, some of which are located overseas, so delivery times can vary, especially during holidays and peak seasons.

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your order, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@saltlineboutique.com and we'll help sort it out.

Pop up events

Find us at markets and pop ups around San Diego. Purchases made in person are yours to take home that day.
